For all you wannabe singers, who may or may not have any talent, the Hawaii Bridal Expo will feature the "Hawaiian Bridal Idol" in July 2007.
This year’s Hawaii Bridal Expo presents "Hawaiian Bridal Idol,"
a contest inviting amateur singers of all types to sing their hearts
out to their loved ones for a chance to win a fabulous wedding package
courtesy of the Hawaii Bridal Expo.

Beginning Thursday, July 5th, the morning show hosts from KQMQ 93.1 FM and KDDB 102.7 FM will begin discussing the event. Starting July 16th,
callers will be taken live on the radio to “sing their hearts out” to
the one’s they love.
Sixteen semi-finalist contestants will be
chosen to sing live at the Blaisdell the opening evening of the Bridal
Expo as hosts Rodney Villanueva, Tommy from Versatile Sound and radio
hosts from the two morning shows act as “judges” for the event.
Finalists will be invited back for the final sing off Saturday
afternoon with the winner receiving a fabulous prize package from the
Bridal Expo sponsors.
Here are the details:
7/05 On air promotion starts on radio stations KQMQ 93.1 FM and KDDB 102.7 FM
7/16 Callers call and sing love songs on air during the morning show
7/28 5-7 p.m. 16 semi-finalists sing their hearts out at the
Blaisdell as Rodney Villanueva, Tommy from Versatile Sound and radio
hosts judge.
7/29 1-2 p.m. Final sign off again hosted by Rodney, Tommy and guest hosts. A final winner will be chosen.
